500 g potatoes
1 small onion
50 g lamb's lettuce
salt, pepper
3-4 tbsp apple vinegar
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Wash potatoes and cook them with the peel.
Boiled potatoes, still warm, peel and slice not too thinly.
Allow to cool briefly.
Clean the onion and cut it into crescents.
Mix the sliced potatoes and onion gently.
Clean lamb's lettuce and add into potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, apple vinegar and olive oil.
If necessary, add 3-4 tbsp water.
Gently mix.
